Consumer Rights and Product Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund through the consumer guarantees provided.

Pet Treat Safety

No pet treat can be guaranteed as completely risk-free. Although very rare, incidents involving our treats can occur. Our bone treats, which are dehydrated rather than cooked, do not undergo calcification that hardens bones when cooked. While they pose a minimal risk similar to raw bones, such as potential choking hazards, we strongly recommend supervising your dog during treat consumption and selecting appropriate treats based on their eating habits.

Purchase Agreement

By purchasing our treats, you acknowledge and accept the minimal risk associated with feeding them to your dog. Raw Fur Sure Pet Supplies shall not be held responsible or accountable for your decision to feed these treats to your pet.

Product Considerations

  • Bone Treats: Our dehydrated bone products do not calcify like cooked bones, which become hard and brittle. Instead, they crunch into pieces, which, although potentially sharp, are generally well-managed by dogs and beneficial for dental health. However, there is a rare risk of these causing choking or digestive issues.
  • Hard Treats: Some treats may be hard and could exacerbate existing dental issues, such as weakened teeth or fractures.
  • Digestion: Varying digestibility of treats among dogs can occasionally lead to regurgitation or blockages. We recommend adjusting treat sizes and dietary protein sources accordingly.

Shipping Policies

We ship using various couriers, without guaranteeing specific delivery times. Issues must be given reasonable investigation time by couriers. Lost orders confirmed by the courier to be their fault will be replaced at no cost to you. We are not responsible for orders lost after delivery without required signatures.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Frozen or chilled items are unable to be returned or refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Used, soiled or stained items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Please return your item to the store you purchased it from.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return it to the shop within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 4/11 Princess St, Bundaberg East QLD 4670.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Reserve Rights

Raw Fur Sure Pet Supplies reserves the right to issue a full refund or credit in the event of a genuine system or human error.
